Sukha Bhel Recipe
This, people’s favourite recipe is such a classic and so easy to prepare. Come lets have a look at how to make it
- 1 large cup puffed rice (pori)
- 1 cup papdi
- 3 table spoon plain sev
- 1 teaspoon chana dal
- 1 tablespoon raw peanuts
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 finely chopped raw mango
- 1 cubed boiled potato
- Ready made green chutney – 1 ½ spoon
- Ready made sweet chutney – 1 ½ spoon
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon chilli powder
- ¼ teaspoon chal masala powder
- ¼ teaspoon jeera powder
- Coriander for garnish
Deep Fry Chana Dal till golden, fry peanuts till crispy and set aside.
Take the puffed rice in a big mixing bowl, crush the papdis, add potatoes, green and sweet chutney. Then add chana dal, raw mangoes, onion, tomatos and coriander leaves.
Mix well, then add sev and lemon juice while serving.
