Sev Puri Recipe
Ingredients :
- 10 puri
- 1 cup green pudina chutney
- 1 cup sweet chutney
- 1 cup red spicy chutney
- 1 cup mixed vegetables – boiled potatoes, chopped onions and tomatoes
- Sev – for garnish
- 2 tablespoon chaat masala
- Half cup lemon juice
- Few strands of coriander for garnish
Preparation :
- Arrange the puris on a place
- Top it with chopped boiled potatoes
- Add chopped onions
- Add tomatoes, sprinkle some chaat masala over it.
- Pour green chutney
- Pour red chutney
- Pour sweet chutney
- Sprinkle few drops of lemon juice
- Sprinkle Sev evenly
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
